Don't worry about having these feelings because I have them too! We are going to overcome these emotions together! Having these emotions are a sign of having unhealthy mental health. It's important to work on our mental just as much as our bodies. Fitness isn't just about working on your body it's also about working on your mind as well. Most people would think the heart is the most vital organ of the body but it's actually the brain. How are you exercising your mind daily to use your brain to its maximum capacity? How we react through our emotions is how we really think in our minds! Don't forget the mind is the gateway to the heart! Try using your mind to exercise love, positivity, confidence, peace, joy, and everything else that is Divine!
